SCOPE OF WORK OF THIS AGREEMENT. 2.1 Scope of Work – Subcontractor shall provide and pay for all labor, materials, employee taxes and benefits, equipment, licenses, permits (except building permit), fees, taxes, transportation, storage, hoisting, insurance and supervision as required to complete the portion of the project generally known as the Subcontractor’s Scope of Work, as more particularly described in Exhibit “B.” Subcontractor shall perform its scope of work, in accordance with the Subcontract Documents defined in Section 2.2 (Enumeration of the Subcontract Documents). Throughout this Agreement, the work to be performed by Subcontractor may be referred to as Subcontractor’s Scope of Work.

  • SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT 2.1. This Agreement, including Parts A through L, Tables One and Two and exhibits, specifies the rights and obligations of each Party with respect to the establishment, purchase, and sale of Local Interconnection, Collocation, resale of Telecommunications Services and Unbundled Network Elements. Certain terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings defined in PART A – DEFINITIONS, or as otherwise elsewhere defined throughout this Agreement. Other terms used but not defined in this Agreement will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Act and in the FCC’s and the Commission’s rules, regulations and orders. PART B sets forth the general terms and conditions governing this Agreement. The remaining Parts set forth, among other things, descriptions of the services, pricing, technical and business requirements, and physical and network security requirements.

  • Nature of this Agreement 3.1. This Agreement is a framework agreement within the meaning of regulation 2(1) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Call-off Contracts are public contracts within the meaning of that regulation.

  • Terms of this Agreement The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement and all of the respective terms of this Agreement shall be treated as Confidential Information of both Parties.

  • THE WORK OF THIS CONTRACT The Contractor shall fully execute the Work described in the Contract Documents, except as specifically indicated in the Contract Documents to be the responsibility of others.

  • Term of this Agreement The term of this Agreement shall continue in effect, unless earlier terminated by either party hereto as provided hereunder, for a period of two years. Thereafter, unless otherwise terminated as provided herein, this Agreement shall be renewed automatically for successive one-year periods. This Agreement may be terminated without penalty: (i) by provision of sixty (60) days' written notice; (ii) by mutual agreement of the parties; or (iii) for "cause" (as defined herein) upon the provision of thirty (30) days' advance written notice by the party alleging cause.

  • Duration of this Agreement The Term of this Agreement shall be as specified in Schedule A hereto.
