SCOPE OF THE APPRAISALS. The required reports shall be “Complete Appraisals” as defined by the current Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice as published by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation. The reports shall be prepared in a comprehensive format. The appraisal will estimate the fee simple estate of the Project Site free and clear of any liens, and encumbrances and as one unified parcel. The definition of value is to be as outlined below.

  • Performance Appraisals 3201 The Employer shall complete a written appraisal of a nurse's performance at least bi-annually. Upon request, the nurse shall be given an exact copy of the appraisal. 3202 The nurse shall have an opportunity to read such document. 3203 The nurse's signature on such document merely signifies that the contents of the document have been read. 3204 If the nurse disputes the appraisal, she/he may file a reply to the document in accordance with Article 29, and/or she/he may file a grievance under Article 12 of this Agreement.

  • Scope of the Project Under this Agreement, the scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include:

  • Appraisals An appraisal of the related Mortgaged Property was conducted in connection with the origination of the Mortgage Loan, which appraisal is signed by an appraiser, who, to the Mortgage Loan Seller's knowledge, had no interest, direct or indirect, in the Mortgaged Property or the Borrower or in any loan made on the security thereof, and whose compensation is not affected by the approval or disapproval of the Mortgage Loan; in connection with the origination of the Mortgage Loan, each appraiser has represented in such appraisal or in a supplemental letter that the appraisal satisfies the requirements of the "Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice" as adopted by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.

  • Performance Appraisal The Executive’s performance may be evaluated by the Board of Directors or the Committee from time to time. The Executive shall be entitled to such additional remuneration, including but not limited to annual bonuses based on performance, as the Board of Directors or the Committee may, in its discretion, determine from time to time.

  • OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET (OMB) AUDIT REQUIREMENTS The parties shall comply with the requirements of the Single Audit Act of 1984, P.L. 98-502, ensuring that the single audit report includes the coverage stipulated in 2 CFR 200.

  • Reduction in Scope of the Project 16.6.1 If the Concessionaire shall have failed to complete any Construction Works on account of Force Majeure or for reasons solely attributable to the Authority, the Authority may, in its discretion, require the Concessionaire to pay 80% (eighty percent) of the sum saved therefrom, and upon such payment to the Authority, the obligations of the Concessionaire in respect of such works shall be deemed to have been fulfilled. For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that in the event such reduction in Scope of the Project causes or will cause a reduction in net after-tax return of the Concessionaire, the Parties shall meet, as soon as reasonably practical, and agree on a full or partial waiver of the aforesaid payment of 80% (eighty per cent) so as to place the Concessionaire in the same financial position as it would have enjoyed had there been no reduction in Scope of the Project. It is further agreed that the liability of the Authority under this Clause 16.6 shall not extend beyond waiver of the aforesaid 80% (eighty per cent). It is also agreed that in the event of a dispute, the Dispute Resolution Procedure shall apply.

  • Single Audit Act These funds are considered to be federal financial assistance subject to the Single Audit Act (31 U.S.C. §§ 7501-7507) and the related provisions of the Uniform Guidance. The Grantee shall conduct a single or program-specific audit in accordance with the provisions of 2 C.F.R. Part 200 and the related provisions of the Uniform Guidance, if it expends more than $750,000 or more in Federal awards from all sources during its fiscal year. The Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) number for these funds is 21.019.

  • Annual Evaluations The purpose of the annual evaluation is to assess and communicate the nature and extent of an employee's performance of assigned duties consistent with the criteria specified below in this Policy. Except for those employees who have received notice of non-reappointment pursuant to the BOT- UFF Policy on Non- reappointment, every employee shall be evaluated at least once annually. Personnel decisions shall take such annual evaluations into account, provided that such decisions need not be based solely on written faculty performance evaluations.
