Appraisals that are permitted to be presented by, or obtained by the Special Servicer at the request of, Holders of an Appraised-Out Class shall be in addition to any Appraisals that the Special Servicer may otherwise be required to obtain in accordance with the Servicing Standard or this Agreement without regard to any appraisal requests made by any Holder of an Appraised-Out Class.
Appraisals that are to be obtained by the Special Servicer at the request of, Holders of an Appraised-Out Class shall be in addition to any Appraisals that the Special Servicer may otherwise be required to obtain in accordance with the Servicing Standard or this Agreement without regard to any appraisal requests made by any Holder of an Appraised-Out Class.
In addition, any such Person may update or change its recoverability determinations at any time and may obtain from the applicable Special Servicer any analysis, Appraisals or market value estimates or other information in the possession of the applicable Special Servicer for such purposes.
Appraisals that are permitted to be presented by any Appraised-Out Class will be in addition to any Appraisals that the Special Servicer may otherwise be required to obtain in accordance with the Servicing Standard upon the occurrence of such material change or that the Special Servicer is otherwise required or permitted to order under this Agreement without regard to any appraisal requests made by any Requesting Holder.
With respect to each Class of Control Eligible Certificates, the right to present the Special Servicer with additional Appraisals as provided in this paragraph is limited to no more frequently than once in any 12-month period.
