Scheduling of Lieu Days. (a) Every effort will be made to schedule days off in lieu of holidays as additions to the employee's regular days off, except where the employee and the Employer otherwise agree. (b) An employee shall be paid for a holiday when he/she has been employed for thirty (30) days and has worked fifteen (15) days of the last thirty (30) calendar days preceding the holiday.
