Scheduling of Examinations. 15.16 Whenever possible, examinations will be held during working hours. The Division Head will grant leave of absence with pay to those employees in the Division who have made application for and have been accepted for admission to such examinations. For employees subject to shift work, every effort will be made by the Division Head to re- schedule the employees so that the employees will not be required to work a shift immediately before or after an examination.
