Scheduled Reopenings. ‌ Negotiations shall be reopened annually at the request of the Association or the Board, not sooner than March 1 of each year. Negotiations will be limited to changes in wages, benefits, and no more than four (4) non-monetary issues from each party.

  • Step Increases (a) The following is the method used to determine service credit, since the last date of hire, for purposes of positioning on the salary range:
