Common use of Scheduled Overtime Defined Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Overtime Defined. The Employer will use its best efforts to provide as much notice as possible in the scheduling of overtime, but in any event no less than eight (8) hours in advance of the commencement of the overtime work to be performed, to those employees who actually work overtime. This work shall be deemed as scheduled overtime for the purpose of this Agreement.
