FEES AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE The fees and payment schedule for furnishing services under this Contract shall be based on the rate schedule which is attached hereto as Exhibit B and by this reference incorporated herein. Said fees shall remain in effect for the entire term of the Contract. Contractor shall provide County with his/her/its Federal Tax I.D. number prior to submitting the first invoice.
Schedule of Services Consultant shall perform the Services within the Term of this Agreement, in accordance with the Schedule of Services set forth in Exhibit “B” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and in accordance with any other completion schedule or milestones which may be separately agreed upon in writing by the Parties. Consultant represents that it has the professional and technical personnel required to perform the Services in conformance with such conditions. In order to facilitate Consultant’s conformance with the Schedule, City shall respond to Consultant’s submittals in a timely manner. Upon request of City, Consultant shall provide a more detailed schedule of anticipated performance to meet the Schedule of Services.
Schedule of Wages An incumbent of a dually classified position shall be paid the regular rate of pay of the classification of work being performed.
Schedule of Payments The City shall pay the Company and amount of $75,000.00 within 60 days after the Company has complied with all of the conditions in Section 2(a) (Prerequisites to Payments).
Xxxxxxxx and Payments Xxxxxxxx and payments shall be sent to the addresses set out in Appendix F hereto.
Compensation and Payment Terms A. Subject to the satisfactory performance of the services required of Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, and to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and following Contractor’s submission of an appropriate claim, and such other documentation that the County may require, County shall pay Contractor according to the terms set forth in Exhibit C, Terms of Payment. Contractor agrees to accept the foregoing payments as full and complete payment for all services provided pursuant to this Agreement, irrespective of whether the cost of such services and related administrative expenses exceed such payments.
COMPENSATION AND PAYMENTS 1.1 The Owner shall pay the Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary for the construction of the Work described in the Specifications and shown on the Drawings the Contract Amount as shown below. Prices and Payments 1. The price listed by the Contractor or otherwise the price commonly charged by the Contractor for the respective service is decisive, plus statutory value-added tax insofar as such is applicable. In case of transnational services, any possibly applicable taxes, fees, customs fees, and other charges (of any kind) incurred for the transnational service shall be borne by the Principal.
Contract Sum and Payment The Owner shall pay to the Contractor for performance of the Work encompassed by this Agreement, and the Contractor will accept as full compensation therefore the sum of: One Million Two Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Seven DOLLARS and 09/100 DOLLARS ($1,275,277.09) subject to adjustment as provided by the Contract Documents (“Contract Price”). The Town has appropriated sufficient funds for completion of this Work.
Salary Rate Calculation and Payment The biweekly salary rate of employees serving on twelve (12) month (calendar year) appointments shall be calculated by dividing the calendar year salary rate by 26.1 pay periods.
