Satisfactory Performance of Duties. The employment of the Employee shall continue only as long as the services rendered by the Employee are satisfactory to the Employer, regardless of any other provision contained in this Agreement. The Employer shall be the sole judge as to whether the services of the Employee are satisfactory.

  • Performance of Duties Each of the Credit Party’s obligations under this Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents shall be performed by such Credit Party at its sole cost and expense.

  • Performance of Duties and Responsibilities Executive shall serve the Company faithfully and to the best of his ability and shall devote his full working time, attention and efforts to the business of the Company during his employment with the Company hereunder.   • Absence of Duties The Subordination Agent shall have no duty to see to any recording or filing of this Agreement or any other document, or to see to the maintenance of any such recording or filing.
