Services of the Employee. The Employee shall serve initially as the Manager of Business Development and, as the needs of the Company dictate, in other positions as directed by the Company. The Employee shall faithfully perform such services for the business and affairs of the Company (the "SERVICES"). The Employee shall devote his best efforts and attention to the performance of the Services and shall expend such time as may be required to perform the Services. The Employee shall not perform services that are similar in nature to the Services for any other person or entity for compensation.
Services of the Employee. The Employee shall serve in the position of Chief Executive Officer, and perform tasks as assigned by the Company consistent with this position. The Employee shall faithfully perform such services (the "Services"). The Employee shall devote best efforts and attention to the performance of the Services. The Employee is authorized to perform consulting work that does not present a conflict with the Services.
Services of the Employee. During the "Period of Employment", the Employee ------------------------ agrees to devote his full time and attention to the business of the Employer and those duties and obligations entrusted to the Employee as specified in the Employee Specific Terms document and as specified by the Employee's supervisor or superiors from time to time. "Period of Employment" shall mean that period of time that the Employee provides labor and/or services for the Employer, which may be prior to and after the date of this Agreement. This obligation shall not prohibit the Employee from engaging in charitable activities or passive investments on the Employee's own time. The Employee's primary place of work shall be as specified in the Employee Specific Terms document.
Services of the Employee. The Employee shall serve as the Senior Vice President of Operations. The Employee shall faithfully perform such services for the business and affairs of the Company (the "SERVICES"). The Employee shall devote his best efforts and attention to the performance of the Services and shall expend such time as may be required to perform the Services. The Employee shall not perform services that are similar in nature to the Services for any other person or entity for compensation.
Services of the Employee. The Employee shall serve as the President, CEO and Chairman of the Board. The Employee shall faithfully perform such services for the business and affairs of the Company (the "SERVICES"). The Employee shall devote his best efforts and attention to the performance of the Services and shall expend such time as may be required to perform the Services. The Employee shall not perform services that are similar in nature to the Services for any other person or entity for compensation.
Services of the Employee. The Employee shall serve initially as the Principal Scientist of the Company and, as the needs of the Company dictate, in other positions as directed by the Company. In these roles, the Employee, among other things, will assist in developing technologies for the benefit of the Company and will use his best creative expertise in identifying, discovering or creating technologies that the Company may develop, and applying technologies of the Company to develop useful products or services, for the benefit of the Company. The Employee shall faithfully perform such services for the business and affairs of the Company (the "SERVICES"). The Employee shall devote his best efforts and attention to the performance of the Services and shall expend such time as may be required to perform the Services. The Employee shall not perform services that are similar in nature to the Services for any other person or entity.
Services of the Employee. The Employee undertakes throughout the duration of this Agreement to work an average of 40 hours per week during normal working hours between 9:00 and 18:00. The nature of the work is such that a flexible arrangement of working hours may best fir the Employer’s and Employee’s needs due to timezone differences, peak levels of work, etc. and to the extent deemed appropriate and mutually agreed a flexible working hour arrangement may be implemented. It is expressly agreed that the Employee shall occupy an effective management position in the meaning of Section VI of the co-ordinated Luxembourg Act of December 5, 1989 on the duration of work. The hours worked in addition to those provided in the work schedule shall consequently not give rise to any additional salary nor compensatory time off.
Services of the Employee. The Employee shall serve in the position of Chief Financial Officer, and perform tasks as assigned by the Company consistent with the position of Chief Financial Officer. The Employee shall faithfully perform such services (the "Services"). The Employee shall devote best efforts and attention to the performance of the Services. The Employee shall not perform services that are similar in nature to the Services for any other person or entity for compensation, except by written permission of the Company. 4.
Services of the Employee. Employee shall serve as the President and CEO and a Member of the Board of Directors of CDEX. These activities of the Employee are referred to hereinafter as "Services." The Company recognizes and agrees that the Employee may perform additional services for other persons, provided that such services do not represent a conflict of interest or a breach of the Employee's fiduciary duty to the Company.
Services of the Employee. The Employee shall serve initially as ______________ and, as the needs of the Company dictate, in other positions as directed by the Company. The Employee shall faithfully perform such services for the business and affairs of the Company (the "SERVICES"). The Employee shall devote his best and exclusive efforts and attention to the performance of the Services and shall expend such time as may be required to perform the Services. The Employee shall not perform services for compensation for any other entity except the Company during the term of this Agreement, except with the express written consent of the Company.
