Directors of Employer Clause Samples
The 'Directors of Employer' clause defines the roles, powers, and responsibilities of the individuals serving as directors for the employer entity within an agreement. It typically outlines how directors are appointed or removed, their decision-making authority, and any specific duties they must fulfill on behalf of the employer. For example, it may specify that certain actions require board approval or set out procedures for meetings and resolutions. This clause ensures clarity in governance and management, helping to prevent disputes by clearly delineating the scope of authority and obligations of the employer's directors.
