SALARY RAISE PROPOSAL Sample Clauses

SALARY RAISE PROPOSAL. The District and the SOCCCDFA mutually agree to full COLA increases for FY 2000-2001 and FY 2001-2002 which will be equal to the percentage increase in District total unrestricted general fund revenues from the previous fiscal year excluding one (1) time monies, as recorded in the CCFS 311 Report, but in no case will this COLA exceed the percentage of statewide COLA granted to California Community Colleges. If there is no incremental change to the District in unrestricted general fund revenues from one fiscal year to the next, there will be no COLA increase to faculty salary schedules. In addition, if the District's unrestricted general fund ending balance for one fiscal year is less than three percent (3%), the District and the SOCCCDFA agree to meet and reconsider negotiations concerning the COLA increase for that year.
