Common use of Safety Footwear Allowance Clause in Contracts

Safety Footwear Allowance. (1) Regular employees and employees in positions under Letter of Understanding “K” and Letter of Understanding “R” who are required to wear safety footwear as prescribed under the Occupational Health and Safety Act will receive a one hundred and seventy- five dollar ($175.00) boot allowance on April 1st of each year.
