Continuation Clause. Should either party give written notice to the other party in accordance with Article 38.01, this Agreement shall thereafter continue in full force and effect, until the Union shall commence a legal strike or the Employer shall commence a legal lockout, or the parties shall conclude a renewal or revision of this Agreement, or a new Agreement. 38.03 Section 50 Excluded Sections 50 (2) and (3) of the Labour Relations Code of B.C. shall be excluded and have no application to this Agreement.
Continuation Clause. Should either party give written notice to the other party in accordance with Clause 38.1, the terms and conditions of this agreement shall thereafter continue in full force and effect until the parties shall conclude a subsequent agreement. This clause shall not prejudice the right of either party to take action permitted by Part 5 of the Industrial Relations Act.
Continuation Clause. All other school rules and regulations, standards and customs relating to terms and conditions of employment presently existing at the signing of this contract are hereby continued. The parties agree to meet and discuss any proposed change in the rules and regulations, standards and customs. Any changes mutually agreed to will be reduced to writing and signed by both parties.

If notice pursuant to the Labour Relations Code to commence collective bargaining has been given and the terms of a Collective Agreement that were in force between the parties has expired, the Employer or the Union must not, except with the consent of the other, alter any term or condition of employment, until:
Continuation Clause. Any section included in this Collective Bargaining Agreement shall be automatically included in any subsequent Collective Bargaining Agreement after the same has been duly adopted, ratified and approved by all applicable parties and authorities provided that no provisions of such sections has been a subject of negotiations between the parties. This clause shall survive the duration of this document.
Continuation Clause. After the expiry date of this agreement and until a revised agreement is signed, this agreement and all its provisions shall remain in full force and effect without prejudicing the position of the revised agreement in making any matter retro-active in such revised agreement.
Continuation Clause. Should your insured vessel at the expiry date of this policy be away from her home port and be in distress and because of the distress you are prevented from notifying us or our premium required by us and providing you give us notice at your earliest opportunity and without delay.
Continuation Clause. 29.01 If negotiations extend beyond the anniversary date of the Agreement, both parties shall adhere fully to the provisions of this Agreement, as they exist on the last day of the Agreement during the period of bonafide collective bargaining.
Continuation Clause. 33.1 The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall continue until December 31, 2009, and for each succeeding year beyond that unless either party shall give notice, a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to the termination date of the Agreement of its intention to seek modification of any of the terms of said Agreement
