The Employer shall provide both latex-free and powder-free options for gloves, and shall dispense the gloves in such a manner as to safeguard the sterile conditions. If such a situation arises where there are insufficient supplies or materials, the employee will report the situation immediately to his/her/their supervisor. Caregivers shall be provided updated careplans on all of their client, inclusive of notification of all known health conditions with particular attention to conditions requiring additional safety precautions, inclusive but not limited to: HIV/AIDS, MRSA, C-DIFF.
