Running of Time Sample Clauses

Running of Time. Where it has been determined pursuant to clause 24.2 that actions taken by a party were not in compliance with its obligations under this Lease, that party must thereupon take action which is in compliance with its obligations under this Lease and any time limits applicable to any response to that action by another party shall apply as from the date such actions were taken in compliance with this Lease.

  • Central Time After all Parties have been notified, the provisions of paragraphs (b) and (c) of this Section 2.1 shall apply.”

  • Calculation of Time Unless otherwise specified, time periods within or following which any payment is to be made or act is to be done shall be calculated by excluding the day on which the period commences and including the day on which the period ends.   • Closing of Books The Company will not close its stockholder books or records in any manner which prevents the timely exercise of this Warrant, pursuant to the terms hereof.

  • Extension of Time If the Executive shall be in violation of any provision of this Article 6, then each time limitation set forth in this Article 6 shall be extended for a period of time equal to the period of time during which such violation or violations occur. If the Company seeks injunctive relief from such violation in any court, then the covenants set forth in this Article 6 shall be extended for a period of time equal to the pendency of such proceeding including all appeals by the Executive.

  • Keeping of Books Keep, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to keep, proper books of record and account, in which full and correct entries shall be made of all financial transactions and the assets and business of the Borrower and each such Subsidiary in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in effect from time to time.

  • Eastern Time The Closing shall be held at the offices of the Acquiring Fund or at such other time and/or place as the parties may agree.
