St. Rose Youth and Family Center shall be held to all applicable parts of the “Assurances” of the Title I, Part D, Subpart 2, Neglected and Delinquent Program Application, which is attached and incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix A and includes, but is not limited to, the following program services to neglected and/or delinquent youth:
