  • Rollover Contributions and Transfers The Custodian shall have the right to receive rollover contributions and to receive direct transfers from other custodians or trustees. All contributions must be made in cash or check.

  • Rollover Contributions A rollover is a tax-free distribution of cash or other assets from one retirement program to another. There are two kinds of rollover contributions to an IRA.   • Payments from Owner Trust Estate All payments to be made by the Owner Trustee under this Agreement or any of the Basic Documents to which the Trust or the Owner Trustee is a party shall be made only from the income and proceeds of the Owner Trust Estate and only to the extent that the Owner Trustee shall have received income or proceeds from the Owner Trust Estate to make such payments in accordance with the terms hereof. Wilmington Trust Company or any successor thereto, in its individual capacity, shall not be liable for any amounts payable under this Agreement or any of the Basic Documents to which the Trust or the Owner Trustee is a party.

  • Permitted Withdrawals from the Certificate Account and the Distribution Account (a) The Master Servicer may (and, in the case of clause (ix) below, shall) from time to time make withdrawals from the Certificate Account for the following purposes but only to the extent of amounts related to the Combined Mortgage Loans or the Group 5 Mortgage Loans, as applicable to the particular withdrawal:

  • Permitted Withdrawals and Transfers from the Distribution Account (a) The Securities Administrator shall, from time to time on demand of the Master Servicer make or cause to be made such withdrawals or transfers from the Distribution Account as the Master Servicer has designated for such transfer or withdrawal pursuant to the Servicing Agreements for the following purposes, not in any order of priority:

  • Payments and Transfers 1. Except under the circumstances envisaged in Article 9.2, a Party shall not apply restrictions on international transfers and payments for current transactions with another Party.

  • Restrictions on the Certificateholders’ Power The Certificateholders shall not direct the Owner Trustee to take or refrain from taking any action if such action or inaction would be contrary to any obligations of the Trust or of the Owner Trustee under any of the Basic Documents or would be contrary to Section 2.03 nor shall the Owner Trustee be obligated to follow any such direction, if given.

  • Permitted Withdrawals and Transfers from the Master Servicer Collection Account (a) The Master Servicer will, from time to time on demand of the Master Servicer, the Trustee or the Securities Administrator, make or cause to be made such withdrawals or transfers from the Master Servicer Collection Account as the Master Servicer has designated for such transfer or withdrawal pursuant to the Servicing Agreements. The Master Servicer may clear and terminate the Master Servicer Collection Account pursuant to Section 10.01 and remove amounts from time to time deposited in error.

  • Distributions on the Certificates (a) Interest and principal on the Certificates will be distributed monthly on each Distribution Date, commencing in January 2002, in an aggregate amount equal to the sum of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date.

  • Purchase and Redemption of Trust Portfolio Shares 1.1. For purposes of this Article I, the Company shall be the Trust's agent for the receipt from each account of purchase orders and requests for redemption pursuant to the Contracts relating to each Portfolio, provided that the Company notifies the Trust of such purchase orders and requests for redemption by 9:30 a.m. Eastern time on the next following Business Day, as defined in Section 1.3.
