Role of the Security Trustee. (a) The Security Trustee has agreed to become a party to this Agreement only for the purpose of taking the benefit of contractual provisions expressed to be given in its favour, enabling better preservation and enforcement of its rights under this Agreement and the Deed of Charge and for administrative ease associated with matters where its consent is required. The Security Trustee shall not assume any liabilities or obligations under this Agreement.
Role of the Security Trustee. It is hereby acknowledged that the Security Trustee is a party to these Loan Transaction Terms solely for the better preservation and enforcement of its rights under the Security Trust Deed and the Loan Facility Agreement Standard Terms, and has no liabilities or obligations hereunder.
Role of the Security Trustee. The Security Trustee shall be appointed to act as security trustee for the Secured Parties pursuant to, and shall act as security trustee for the Secured Parties in accordance with, the terms of the Intercreditor Agreement and the other Security Documents.

Role of the Security Trustee. 25.4.1 The Security Trustee shall hold the benefit of the Security Documents on trust for the Finance Parties.
Role of the Security Trustee. In acting hereunder, the Security Trustee does so pursuant to its terms of appointment under the Credit Agreement and is entitled to the protections set out therein.
