Robbery or extortion. A student shall not steal, attempt to steal, or be in possession of stolen property, school property, or personal property of students or staff on school grounds, bus, or school related event. After investigation by school administration, students found to be guilty of these offenses will result in on-campus suspension, work detail, out of school suspension or expulsion. The severity of the crime and the number of offenses will dictate the punishment.

  • COMPENSATION OF THE MANAGER BY FUND For all services to be rendered and payments made as provided in Sections 1, 2 and 4 hereof, the Fund will accrue daily and pay the Manager monthly, or at such other intervals as the Fund and Manager may agree, a fee based on the average of the values placed on the net assets of each Series of the Fund as of the time of determination of the net asset value on each trading day throughout the month in accordance with Schedule 1 attached hereto. Net asset value shall be determined pursuant to applicable provisions of the Articles of Incorporation of the Fund.   • Reporting of Abuse, Neglect, or Exploitation Consistent with provisions of 33 V.S.A. §4913(a) and §6903, any agent or employee of a Contractor who, in the performance of services connected with this agreement, has contact with clients or is a caregiver and who has reasonable cause to believe that a child or vulnerable adult has been abused or neglected as defined in Chapter 49 or abused, neglected, or exploited as defined in Chapter 69 of Title 33 V.S.A. shall make a report involving children to the Commissioner of the Department for Children and Families within 24 hours or a report involving vulnerable adults to the Division of Licensing and Protection at the Department of Disabilities, Aging, and Independent Living within 48 hours. This requirement applies except in those instances where particular roles and functions are exempt from reporting under state and federal law. Reports involving children shall contain the information required by 33 V.S.A. §4914. Reports involving vulnerable adults shall contain the information required by 33 V.S.A. §6904. The Contractor will ensure that its agents or employees receive training on the reporting of abuse or neglect to children and abuse, neglect or exploitation of vulnerable adults.

  • Liability for Acts or Omissions of Third Parties Neither BellSouth nor Mpower shall be liable for any act or omission of another telecommunications company providing a portion of the services provided under this Agreement.

  • Exclusive Recognition The Employer will not meet and negotiate with any other labor or employee organization or employee(s), concerning the terms and conditions of employment for supervisors covered by this Agreement.
