Common use of RIGHTS OF WAY SERVICES Clause in Contracts

RIGHTS OF WAY SERVICES. A-E may be required to prepare, acquire, and/or review legal descriptions, record of survey, easement deeds, Title Insurance, and other related right-of-way documents pertinent to the project. A-E’s services may also be required to prepare, acquire, and/or review documents necessary to acquire rights of way necessary for the implementation of COUNTY and/or DISTRICT projects. If COUNTY and/or DISTRICT determines that such right of way and real estate services are required, A- E may perform such work or employ special consultants to accomplish the work. All right of way and real estate services obtained from outside sources shall conform to the standards and practices.
