Common use of Rights of Stewards Clause in Contracts

Rights of Stewards. A. When it is necessary for a xxxxxxx to leave his/her work area to investigate and adjust grievances, the xxxxxxx shall request permission from the immediate supervisor and such request shall not be unreasonably denied. In the event the xxxxxxx’x duties require leaving the work area and entering another work area within the Center, the xxxxxxx must also receive permission from the supervisor of such other area. Such request shall not be unreasonably denied.
