Right to Advertise on Premises a. Lessor shall have the exclusive right to utilize all spanners for advertising on the Premises and on Lessee's Equipment (including electronic display at point of sale). The spanners shall not carry the trademark, mention or promote any item which is in competition with Lessee's business or product lines of refining and marketing petroleum products such as motor fuels and gasoline. All electronic messages shall be approved by Lessee and shall conform to Lessee's standards.

  • Right to Work For purposes of federal immigration law, you will be required to provide to the Company documentary evidence of your identity and eligibility for employment in the United States. Such documentation must be provided to us within three (3) business days of your Start Date, or our employment relationship with you may be terminated.

  • Right to Occupy This Contract is for an assigned Space in University Housing and not for a specific accommodation, Unit or Building. It is UHRL’s agreement to provide Resident with access to a Space in University Housing for residential purposes, together with any installed fixtures and provided furnishings, plus shared use of their Unit and of the Building common areas. This Contract is not a lease or license and does not create any property interest or tenancy rights in any Building or in any particular Unit or Space.

  • Right to Refuse Unsafe Work Employees have the right to refuse to perform unsafe work pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations of the Workers Compensation Act.

  • Owner’s Right to Stop Work The Owner reserves the right, for itself and for any designated Construction Inspector retained by Owner, upon observation of apparent nonconforming Work, to immediately stop the affected Work. If the Work is later determined by the Design Professional to be in fact conforming Work, then Contractor shall be entitled upon timely claim to a Change Order for payment by Owner of any reasonable Actual Costs actually incurred by Contractor in connection with the stop Work order and resumption of the Work, as well as an extension in the time for performance of the Work to the extent Contractor is delayed by Owner's stop Work order. The Design Professional shall determine the time, which shall be binding upon both Owner and Contractor, as set forth in Section 3, Part 3.

  • No Right To Holdover Lessee has no right to retain possession of the Premises or any part thereof beyond the expiration or termination of this Lease. In the event that Lessee holds over, then the Base Rent shall be increased to one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the Base Rent applicable during the month immediately preceding the expiration or termination.   • Right to Access The Tenant shall not unreasonably withhold consent to the Landlord to enter into the dwelling unit in order to inspect the premises; make necessary or agreed repairs, decorations, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed services; or exhibit the dwelling unit to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, tenants, workmen, or contractors.There will be semi-annual inspections of the property by a contractor secured by landlord.
