Motor Fuels definition

Motor Fuels means unleaded, unleaded E10, Unleaded 95, premium unleaded, V- Power, liquefied natural gas (LNG) and diesel fuel (on-road use only), together with other motor fuels nominated by Viva Energy from time to time as available on the Accountholder’s Shell Card at Nominated Premises.
Motor Fuels means any petroleum or a petroleum-based substance, typically used in the operation of combustion (motor) engines, including but not limited to, gasoline, aviation gasoline, No. 1 or No. 2 diesel fuel, or any grade of gasohol.
Motor Fuels means all fuels used for the generation of power for propulsion of motor vehicles.

Motor Fuels. , "gasoline" means
Motor Fuels means gasoline and diesel. As of the Effective Date, Distributor currently supplies the Existing Stations (defined below) and desires to purchase VMSC’s Motor Fuels to supply these Existing Stations. Distributor represents that no sales of VMSC Motor Fuels to such Existing Stations shall take place if a current supply agreement with Distributor’s most recent supplier has not expired or has otherwise been terminated. Distributor and VMSC also desire to make other commitments as described in this Agreement. As a response to the competitive offers of other major suppliers, VMSC has offered Distributor certain pricing as consideration for Distributor’s commitment to purchase the volume of branded and unbranded Motor Fuels to be sold through certain stations as described in this Agreement.
Motor Fuels. All fuels used for the generation of power for the propulsion of an IFTA commercial vehicle. Motive Fuel User Permit (MFUP): A temporary motive fuel user permit that is purchased by a non-IFTA licensee who brings motive fuel (i.e. diesel fuel) into BC in a supply tank of an IFTA commercial vehicle.
