Right to Access definition

Right to Access. You have the right to request access: (i) your personal information in the custody or under the control of the W▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ W▇▇▇▇▇; (ii) the purposes for which your personal information has been and is being used by us; and (iii) the names of the persons or types of persons to whom and circumstances in which your personal information has been and is being disclosed. •
Right to Access means that someone can request to see the full run-down of the data you have on them.
Right to Access means what is explained in section 3.1.

Examples of Right to Access in a sentence

  • Although the License is being granted to TIMET as of the date set forth above, TIMET agrees that, except as set forth under Section 5(e) below, neither it nor its sublicensees will utilize the License unless TIMET invokes the Right to Access and then TIMET and its sublicensee will only use the License (i) during an Access Period and (ii) in connection with the performance of the Titanium Conversion Services using the Operating Assets.

  • In Section 6, Parent Right to Access and Challenge Student Data, and in Section 7, Correction to Factual Inaccuracies, the following is added to the end of each section: “Notwithstanding the foregoing, LEA will have access to Student Data during the term of the DPA for inspection, copying, or correction as required.

  • Although the License is being granted to the Customer as of the date set forth above, the Customer agrees that neither it nor its sublicensees will utilize the License unless: Customer invokes the Right to Access (and then it will only use the License during the Access Period after which the rights granted in this paragraph 5 shall automatically expire and be of no further force and effect).


More Definitions of Right to Access

Right to Access also known as Subject Access Right, entitles the data subject to have access to and information about the personal data that a controller has concerning them.
Right to Access means you have the right to confirm whether we process your Personal Data and access your Personal Data.
