Right of First Refusal Agreement. The Right of First Refusal -------------------------------- Agreement (as defined in Section 14), signed and acknowledged by Buyer;
Right of First Refusal Agreement. On the Effective Date, PropCo and New CEC shall enter into the Right of First Refusal Agreement, and the Right of First Refusal Agreement shall become effective in accordance with its terms and the Plan.
