Exercise of this Option. 4.1 In accordance with and to the extent provided by the terms and provisions of Article 5 of the Plan, unless otherwise provided in Section 4.4 below or determined by the Committee, this Option shall become exercisable in accordance with the terms set forth on Exhibit A.
Exercise of this Option. 3.1 This Option shall become exercisable in accordance with and to the extent provided by the terms and provisions of Paragraph s 6 and 7 of the Plan.
Exercise of this Option. 4.1 Unless the exercisability of any Option is accelerated under the terms of the Plan or this Agreement, all Options not theretofore terminated will become exercisable as follows: (i) one-third of the Option Shares (rounded to the nearest whole number of shares) will become exercisable on the first anniversary of the Grant Date (ii) one-third of the Option Shares (rounded to the nearest whole number of shares) will become exercisable on the second anniversary of the Grant Date and (iii) the remainder of the Option Shares will become exercisable on the third anniversary of the Grant Date.
