Return from Unrequested Leave. Notwithstanding the language in any preceding section of this Article, teachers returning from unrequested leave, after a break in service, are not eligible for long term leaves of absence during the remainder of the school year in which they return, except for child care leave occasioned by the imminent birth of a child.
