Retention restrictions. Copies of the SUSAR reports submitted and acknowledgement files from the authorities must be downloaded and stored at a separate restricted access document area for the study until study end. The reports and files are transferred to the project leader for archiving in the Trial Master File at the end of the last study subject’s last visit for each study, to be stored by the Controller for the duration and under conditions pursuant the approval from the ethics committee. SUSARs to be reported may occur after the last study subject’s last visit until the end of the retention period, see EC approval. On said occasions, the reports and files are to be transferred to the project leader shortly after the report is made. When the assignment for each study is completed, all data shall be returned and all copies deleted in accordance with the Agreement section 8.
