Reporting Timelines. In accordance with section 7.6.1 of this Agreement, where no timeline is set out in this Schedule B or elsewhere in this Agreement, the LHIN will respond to a report or submission from the Hospital not later than 30 days after the report or submission has been received.

In order to reach the timelines, the sponsor should send CIOMS forms: within 72 h (day 3) after the sponsor has gained knowledge of the SAE if the seriousness criteria is death or life-threatening within 5 calendar days after the sponsor has gained knowledge of the SAE for other seriousness criteria The Processor will then ensure reporting into EudraVigilance within applicable timelines.
