Prepayment of the Loan prior to the expiration of the Period of Affordability shall not relieve the Borrower of the application of the Period of Affordability requirements detailed in this Agreement, except as provided in the Land Use Restriction Agreement.
School Board further acknowledges that the current (and continued) operation of the Property as “Affordable Housing” shall constitute “use for a public purpose” and shall be in compliance with the Use Restriction.
