Common use of Restoration of Seniority Clause in Contracts

Restoration of Seniority. 12.07 By agreement of the parties hereto, seniority may be restored in whole or in part to an employee who has completed probationary employment as provided by Section 11.04 hereof, who has forfeited his/her seniority as a result of being granted a leave of absence for more than thirty (30) days, except as otherwise provided by Article 15.00 hereof.
