Responsibility of the Parties 9.1. In the event of non-performance or improper performance of their obligations under this contract, the Parties shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONSULTANT (a) The CONSULTANT shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, and the coordination of all services furnished by the CONSULTANT under this contract. The CONSULTANT shall, without additional compensation, correct or revise any errors or deficiencies in its services. Acknowledgement of Services and Responsibility of the Manager The Resident acknowledges that neither the Manager nor the Institution stands in loco parentis with respect to the Resident.
