RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING OFFICER. 4.1 The Governing Body will require the accounting officer to take personal responsibility, which will not be delegated, to assure them that there is compliance with the Department’s Conditions of Funding. The accounting officer may be required to appear before the Parliamentary Committee of Public Accounts on matters relating to the College’s use of funds.
