Common use of Research Activities and Data Requests Clause in Contracts

Research Activities and Data Requests. Vendor shall not conduct research in the Chicago Public Schools or use CPS student data for research. In the event Vendor seeks to conduct research in the Chicago Public Schools or use CPS student data for research, Vendor shall comply with the Board’s Research Study and Data Policy adopted on July 28, 2010, as may be amended from time to time. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that it may not begin any research activities or obtain data for research purposes without the prior written consent of the Chief Education Officer or his/her designee.
