Requirement to Report Bias. Related Incidents In accordance with N.J.A.C. 6A:16-6.3(e), school employees must notify the principal and chief school administrator when they develop reason to believe a “bias-related act”2, has been committed or is about to be committed on school grounds, or has been or is about to be committed by a student on or off school grounds, and whether such offense was or is to be committed during operating school hours, or a student enrolled in the school has been or is about to become the victim of a bias-related act on or off school grounds, or during operating school hours. The principal and chief school administrator, in turn, should promptly notify the local law enforcement agency and the bias investigation officer for the county prosecutor’s office. A “bias-related act” means an act that is directed at a person, group of persons, private property, or public property that is motivated in whole or in part by race, color, national origin, ethnicity, gender, gender identity or expression, disability, religion, or sexual orientation. A bias- related act need not involve conduct that constitutes a criminal offense. Note that all hate crimes and bias-intimidation crimes are also bias-related acts, but that not all bias-related acts will constitute a hate crime or bias-intimidation crime. A “hate crime”3 is defined as any criminal offense in which the person or persons committing the offense acted with a purpose to intimidate an individual or group of individuals because of race, color, gender, gender identity or expression, disability, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or national origin.

  • Sales Reporting Requirements This is a requirement of the TIPS Contract and is non-negotiable. By submitting this proposal, Vendor certifies that Vendor will properly report all TIPS sales. With the exception of TIPS Automated Vendors, who have signed an exclusive agreement with TIPS regarding reporting, all TIPS Sales must be reported to TIPS by either: (1) Emailing the purchase order or similar purchase document (with Vendor’s Name, as known to TIPS, and the TIPS Contract Name and Number included) to TIPS at xxxxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx with “Confirmation Only” in the subject line of the email within three business days of Vendor’s acceptance of the order, or; (2) Within 3 business days of the order being accepted by Vendor, Vendor must login to the TIPS Vendor Portal and successfully self-report all necessary sale information within the Vendor Portal and confirm that it shows up accurately on your current Vendor Portal statement. No other method of reporting is acceptable unless agreed to by the Parties in writing. Failure to report all sales pursuant to this provision may result in immediate cancellation of Vendor’s TIPS Contract(s) for cause at TIPS’ sole discretion.

REV. STAT. § 23-214(A). Contractor’s or its subcontractor’s failure to comply with such warranty shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the termination of this Agreement by the City.
