Reports to Be Prepared by Company. Section 7.01 Company Shall Provide Information as Reasonably Required. The Company shall furnish to the Purchaser during the term of this Agreement, such periodic, special or other reports, information or documentation, whether or not provided for herein, as shall be necessary, reasonable or appropriate in respect to the Purchaser, or otherwise in respect to the Mortgage Loans and the performance of the Company under this Agreement, including any reports, information or documentation reasonably required to comply with any regulations regarding any supervisory agents or examiners of the Purchaser all such reports or information to be as provided by and in accordance with such applicable instructions and directions as the Purchaser may reasonably request in relation to this Agreement or the performance of the Company under this Agreement. The Company agrees to execute and deliver all such instruments and take all such action as the Purchaser, from time to time, may reasonably request in order to effectuate the purpose and to carry out the terms of this Agreement.

Reports to Be Prepared by Company. Section 7.01 Company Shall Provide Access and Information as Reasonably Required. The Company shall furnish to the Owner upon written request, during the term of this Agreement, such periodic, special or other reports or information, whether or not provided for herein, as shall be necessary, reasonable or appropriate with respect to the purposes of this Agreement. The Company may negotiate with the Owner for a reasonable fee for providing such report or information, unless (i) the Company is required to supply such report or information pursuant to any other section of this Agreement, or (ii) the report or information has been requested in connection with Internal Revenue Service requirements. The Company agrees to execute and deliver all such instruments as the Owner, from time to time, may reasonably request in order to effectuate the purposes and to carry out the terms of this Agreement.

  • Information Reports to Be Filed by the Master Servicer The Master Servicer or the Sub-Servicers shall file information reports with respect to the receipt of mortgage interest received in a trade or business, foreclosures and abandonments of any Mortgaged Property and the information returns relating to cancellation of indebtedness income with respect to any Mortgaged Property required by Sections 6050H, 6050J and 6050P of the Code, respectively, and deliver to the Trustee an Officers' Certificate stating that such reports have been filed. Such reports shall be in form and substance sufficient to meet the reporting requirements imposed by such Sections 6050H, 6050J and 6050P of the Code.
