Reports to Be Prepared by Company. Section 7.01 Company Shall Provide Information as Reasonably Required. The Company shall furnish to the Purchaser during the term of this Agreement, such periodic, special or other reports, information or documentation, whether or not provided for herein, as shall be necessary, reasonable or appropriate in respect to the Purchaser, or otherwise in respect to the Mortgage Loans and the performance of the Company under this Agreement, including any reports, information or documentation reasonably required to comply with any regulations regarding any supervisory agents or examiners of the Purchaser all such reports or information to be as provided by and in accordance with such applicable instructions and directions as the Purchaser may reasonably request in relation to this Agreement or the performance of the Company under this Agreement. The Company agrees to execute and deliver all such instruments and take all such action as the Purchaser, from time to time, may reasonably request in order to effectuate the purpose and to carry out the terms of this Agreement.

Reports to Be Prepared by Company. Section 7.01 Company Shall Provide Access and Information as Reasonably ---------------------------------------------------------- Required. -------- The Company shall provide to the Purchaser access to any documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans which is required by applicable regulations. Such access shall be afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable request, during normal business hours and at the offices of the Company. In addition, the Company shall furnish to the Purchaser upon request, during the term of this Agreement, such periodic, special or other reports, information reports or documentationinformation, whether or not provided for herein, as shall be necessary, reasonable or appropriate in with respect to the Purchaser, or otherwise in respect to the Mortgage Loans purposes of this Agreement and the performance of the Company under this Agreement, including any reports, information or documentation reasonably required to comply with any regulations regarding any supervisory agents or examiners of the Purchaser all applicable regulations. All such reports or information to shall be as provided by and in accordance with such applicable all reasonable instructions and directions as the Purchaser may reasonably request in relation to this Agreement or the performance of the Company under this Agreementrequire.
