Common use of Reporting of Injury Clause in Contracts

Reporting of Injury. When an incident or injury occurs while an employee is working, the employee shall notify his/her supervisor, if possible, before the employee leaves his/her place of work or before the end of his/her shift. The appropriate incident or injury report form shall be completed no later than forty-eight (48) hours after the occurrence of the injury or incident.
