Common use of Reporting Injuries Clause in Contracts

Reporting Injuries. All on-the-job accidents or illnesses, no matter how minor in nature, shall be reported by the injured employee to the employee’s immediate supervisor or other person designated by the District, who will arrange treatment of the injury if necessary. Failure to so report an accident or illness may result in disciplinary action.
