Reporting and Applications for Reimbursement. 4.1. The Lead Beneficiary can only submit an Application for Reimbursement to the Joint Secretariat if it is accompanied by proof of progress of the Project. Therefore, the Lead Beneficiary has to submit a Report (means Project report or Final project report) alongside each Application for Reimbursement, consisting of the description of the activities carried out and their outputs and results during the reporting period, further consisting of a financial report presenting the financial progress of the Project compared to the Application form. Even if no expenditures were incurred in a reporting period, the Project report (and the Final project report) shall be submitted in due time to the Joint Secretariat.
