Lead Beneficiary definition

Lead Beneficiary means the beneficiary designated by all beneficiaries participating in a given operation and representing the partnership towards the Managing Authority;
Lead Beneficiary refers to organisation responsible for implementation of project and, which is a signatory to this Contract. The term “beneficiaries” refers collectively to all the beneficiaries of the Project, including the Lead Beneficiary.
Lead Beneficiary means Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council.
