Article Concluding provisions. 16.1. If any provision in the present Contract should be entirely or partly ineffective, the remaining provisions remain binding for the Parties. The Parties to the Contract undertake to replace the ineffective provision by an effective one which comes as close as possible to the purpose of the ineffective provision.
