Report to PDSC. Upon request, Contract shall provide to PDSC copies of its written quality assurance procedures, including documentation demonstrating current compliance with those procedures; provided, however, that PDSC shall not have access to client information that is privileged because of the attorney/client relationship, or confidential personnel information, unless the client or Contractor personnel expressly, knowingly, and voluntarily provides such access in writing or unless such permission is not legally required.

  • Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit a completed Quarterly Sales Report electronically, in the required format, to the Department’s Contract Manager within thirty (30) calendar days after close of each quarter.
