Access to Client Information. In order to enable Agency to perform the Services hereunder, Client from time to time during the term of this Agreement shall (a) provide Agency copies of all pertinent business, financial, and Product information pertaining to the Products and planned products marketed, distributed, and sold by Client, and (b) provide Agency access to such of Client's personnel to whom Agency reasonably requests access in order to perform the Services hereunder.

Access to Client Information. Section 42.1. Bargaining Unit Employees shall be provided with information about client behavior and personality characteristics, tendencies, and/or histories to the extent necessary to competently and safely perform the employee’s job duties. Bargaining Unit Employees shall also be provided client information about disease and illness to the extent necessary to competently and safely perform the employee’s job duties. All information referenced in this Article shall be treated by the Employer and Bargaining Unit Employees in a manner that protects the client’s privacy and confidentiality. This Article shall be implemented and interpreted in compliance with State and Federal laws and regulations. The Employer shall provide to employees ongoing training concerning how to use the above information given.

  • Access to Information Systems Access, if any, to DXC’s Information Systems is granted solely to perform the Services under this Order, and is limited to those specific DXC Information Systems, time periods and personnel as are separately agreed to by DXC and Supplier from time to time. DXC may require Supplier’s employees, subcontractors or agents to sign individual agreements prior to access to DXC’s Information Systems. Use of DXC Information Systems during other time periods or by individuals not authorized by DXC is expressly prohibited.
