Repeat Apprenticeship Programmes. 5.3.1 The Employer shall notify the Training Provider in a written Repeat Apprenticeship Programme Request which of the Apprenticeship Programmes set out in Schedule 1 that it wants to be repeated and shall provide the Training Provider with sufficient information (in the opinion of the Training Provider acting reasonably) to allow the Training Provider to prepare an updated Apprenticeship Programme (a UAP).

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
