Provisions to Remain in Force. If any term, condition or provision of this agreement shall be held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision shall not affect the validity, legality and enforceability of the other provisions of or any other documents referred to in this agreement.
Provisions to Remain in Force. The provisions of this article shall remain in force for a period of ten (10) years after the satisfaction of all of the obligations of the Association pursuant to this Agreement.
Provisions to Remain in Force. Except as amended hereby the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and is in all respects ratified and affirmed.
