Repacking. Sharer’s Station is being moved to a different frequency in connection with the repacking following the Incentive Auction (the “Repacking”). In connection with the Repacking, Sharer shall determine any modifications needed to the Transmission Facilities (and be responsible for the related costs) and shall determine whether or not to acquire equipment that may not be reimbursed by the TV Broadcaster Relocation Fund (or other governmental authority).

Repacking. If after the Incentive Auction the FCC moves the Shared Channel to a different frequency (the “Repacking”), the parties shall mutually determine any modifications needed to the Shared Transmission Facilities, shall modify the existing Shared Transmission Facilities or procure new Shared Transmission Facilities as reasonably necessary to implement the Repacking, shall seek reimbursement from the FCC for all reimbursable costs and expenses incurred in connection with or arising out of the Repacking, and Trinity shall be responsible for any unreimbursed costs. (g)
Repacking. (a) Following the date hereof, the parties hereto agree to reasonably cooperate in connection with the implementation of any modifications or amendments to the FCC Licenses or the Stations necessitated by the Repack conducted by the FCC, including taking such actions as may be reasonably requested by Buyer in connection therewith or as may be reasonably required to comply with any FCC order in connection therewith. 66

Related to Repacking

  • Packing 9.1 The supplier shall provide such packing of the goods as is required to prevent their damage or deterioration during transit to their final destination, as indicated in the contract. The packing shall be sufficient to withstand, without limitation, rough handling during transit and exposure to extreme temperatures, salt and precipitation during transit, and open storage. Packing, case size and weights shall take into consideration, where appropriate, the remoteness of the goods’ final destination and the absence of heavy handling facilities at all points in transit.

  • Shipping Axon may make partial shipments and ship Axon Devices from multiple locations. All shipments are FOB shipping point via common carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to Agency upon Axon’s delivery to the common carrier. Agency is responsible for any shipping charges in the Quote.

  • Shipment Dell will ship the APEX System to the Site when included as part of the APEX Service. The terms and process for shipment and delivery of the APEX System will be stated in the applicable Service Offering Description.

  • Packaging Tangible product shall be securely and properly packed for shipment, storage, and stocking in appropriate, clearly labeled, shipping containers and according to accepted commercial practice, without extra charge for packing materials, cases, or other types of containers. All containers and packaging shall become and remain Customer’s property.

  • Transport 6.1.1 BellSouth shall provide nondiscriminatory access, in accordance with FCC Rules 51.311, 51.319, and Section 251(c)(3) of the Act to interoffice transmission facilities described in this Section 6 on an unbundled basis to EZ Phone for the provision of a qualifying service, as set forth herein.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.
