RENEWAL OF LICENCE a. If the Company applies in writing to the Government not less than three months before the expiration of this Agreement for a renewal of the licence hereof and if the Company shall not be in default at that time in the performance of any of its obligations hereunder the Company may, subject to the provisions of the law, be granted a period not exceeding two years upon such terms and conditions as the parties may then agree.
