Removal of items from the Accommodation. 3.3.1 You shall not keep and we may remove from the Accommodation or Hall any items which we consider (acting reasonably) are dangerous and/or may cause a fire hazard or which we consider constitute a nuisance If we remove an item, we will notify you of this and how to reclaim the item. You will not be able, however, to take the item back into the Accommodation or Hall. 3.3.2 You shall not keep and we may remove from the Accommodation or Hall any (i) illegal items or (ii) drugs or any substances that have a similar effect to illegal drugs, including but not limited to, the substances commonly referred to as “club drugs” and “new psychoactive substances (NPS)” and any items used in administering these drugs or substances that belong to you or your Visitors without prior warning. If we remove an item, we will notify you of this and we may dispose of any items or substances removed under this clause appropriately and without further notice.

Removal of items from the Accommodation. The University may remove from the Accommodation any items that are banned/prohibited (see section 8.9), or considered dangerous, a fire hazard, or a cause of disturbance to other students e.g. music systems. If the University removes an item, you will be informed that the item has been temporarily confiscated and who you will need to contact to recover the item. The item will be kept secure for you to collect at the end of your Agreement.

  • Special Accommodations Any person requiring a special accommodation due to a disability should contact the Department’s Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator, at (000) 000-0000. Requests for accommodation for meetings must be made at least five workdays prior to the meeting. A person who is hearing or speech impaired can contact the ADA Coordinator by using the Florida Relay Service at (000) 000-0000 (TDD).

  • Proper Accommodation Proper accommodation shall be provided for employees to have their meals and store and change their clothes.

  • Construction of the Agreement The Agreement sets forth the entire understanding between two sophisticated business entities with legal counsel as to its subject and supersedes all prior agreements, conditions, warranties, representations, arrangements and communications, including purchase orders issued by Client, whether oral or written, and whether with or by Accenture, any of its affiliates, or any of their employees, officers, directors, agents or shareholders. Each party acknowledges that it entered into the Agreement solely based on the agreements and representations contained herein, and has not relied upon any representations, warranties, promises, or inducements of any kind, whether oral or written, and from any source. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any term of the Agreement to be invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, such term or provision will not affect the other terms of this Agreement and will be deemed modified to the extent necessary, in the court’s opinion, to render such term enforceable while preserving to the fullest extent permissible the intent and agreements of the parties set forth in this Agreement. No waiver or modification of any provision of the Agreement will be effective unless it is in writing and signed by the party against which it is sought to be enforced. The delay or failure by either party to exercise or enforce any of its rights under this Agreement is not a waiver of that party’s right to later enforce those rights, nor will any single or partial exercise of any such right preclude any other or further exercise of these rights or any other right. There are no third-party beneficiaries to the Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these GTC and an Order Form, the Order Form controls for purposes of that Order Form only.

  • Reasonable Accommodation Sections 34.1 through 34.4 of Article 34, Reasonable Accommodation and Disability Separation, apply to represented individuals.

  • Application of the Agreement (1) This Agreement shall apply to investments made in the territory of either Contracting Party in accordance with its legislation by investors of the other Contracting Party prior as well as after the entry into force of this Agreement.

  • Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.

  • Reasonable Accommodations Landlord agrees to comply with all applicable laws providing equal housing opportunities, including making reasonable accommodations for known physical or mental limitations of qualified individuals with a disability, unless undue hardship on Landlord would result. Tenant is responsible for making Landlord aware of any such required accommodations that are reasonable and will not impose an undue hardship on Landlord. If Tenant discloses a disability and requests an accommodation, Landlord has the right to have a qualified healthcare provider verify the disability if the disability is not readily apparent, and Landlord has the right to use the qualified healthcare provider verifying the disability as a resource for providing the reasonable accommodation.

  • Modifications or Additions to Master Agreement As used in this document, Contract (whether capitalized or not) will, unless the context requires otherwise, mean this document and all incorporated Exhibits, which set forth the entire understanding of the Parties and supersede any and all prior agreements. This Contract may only be modified or amended upon mutual written agreement by the Parties. If amendments are made to the Master Agreement, the Contractor shall: 1) notify the Department of such amendments; and 2) provided the Department is amenable to incorporating the amendments into this Contract, enter into a written amendment with the Department reflecting the addition of such amendments to this Contract. In addition to Section 2.2.1 of the Master Agreement and any additional language within the Contract regarding delivery, the Parties agree that Inside Delivery for Customers under this ACS may be further negotiated prior to purchases under this ACS. Exhibit A and Exhibit B, modify or supplement the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement. In the event of a conflict, the following order of precedence will apply:

  • Modification of the Agreement Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this Agreement, the parties may agree to amend this Agreement. No alteration or variation of the terms of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by the parties hereto. No oral understanding or agreement not incorporated herein shall be binding on any of the parties hereto.

  • Relation of the Standard Contractual Clauses to the Agreement Nothing in the Agreement shall be construed to prevail over any conflicting clause of the Standard Contractual Clauses. For the avoidance of doubt, where this DPA further specifies audit and subprocessor rules in sections 5 and 6, such specifications also apply in relation to the Standard Contractual Clauses.
